Try these! Boot Camp Lunges and Triceps


Try these lunges for a change: Weighted Forward Walking Lunges with Knee Raise
1. hold a heavy weight at chest level
2. perform walking lunges (15 - 20 repetitions)
3. raise your knee to your chest and balance before taking your next step
4. repeat 3 - 4 times



Try back-to-back Triceps: Overhead Tricep presses with tricep plank
1. take a heavy weight or 2 medium weights
2. perform 12 - 15 overhead tricep extentions
3. put weights down
4. hold a body in a plank position with triceps tucked in by your sides (straight body or on your knees (20 - 30 seconds hold)
4. repeat 3 - 4 times
