I really resisted eating the whole custard tart last night. First of all I bought a single-serving tart at Safeway, thinking "Oh I'll just eat this one-serving size." Then when I checked my Google Discussion Groups, one student had encouraged another students to eat a natural sweet like an apple after dinner.
This is when I put the tart down and grabbed an apple. Not only did I feel more satisfied eating the apple, but I slept better and woke up feeling refreshed! I usually feel bloated after eating so much sugar right before I sleep.
Thought I'd share a little bit about my "sweet" cravings...
