Program Fee includes:

  • Small group Boot Camp fitness classes (Program options: 3 days/week or unlimited)
  • Weekly Lifestyle and Weight Management Online Discussion Board Topics; includes topics such as Goal Setting, Nutrition Basics, Determining your Calorie Needs, Protein, Carbohydrates, Fats, Alcohol & Weight Management and Performance,Fluids and Hydration, Eating Out, Cooking Techniques
  • Initial Fitness Assessment by fitness professional (body composition, measurements, strength & endurance testing, flexibility, cardiovascular test)
  • Monthly and End-of-the-month Fitness Assessment by fitness professional
  • Complete fitness and nutrition program designed for each contestant. Customized exercise and diet programs are delivered to you via e-mail, when applicable.
  • 1 hour with Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. Consultant will arrive on location.
  • Weekly Exercise log and Food log delivered to you via e-mail. Lifestyle and Weight Management Coaching and Feedback provided to each contestant throughout the week.
  • Daily Fitness and Nutrition Consulting by phone, email, and text provided by Fitness Professionals
  • Before and After Photos by Kris Labang Photography
  • Boot Camp Hawaii t-shirt
  • 3 guest passes for Boot Camp Classes
