Evening Boot Campers get into fabulous shape this evening!
Today's Circuit Stations workout:
Warm-up - jog 5 mins.
Circuit 1:
30 sec. TRX side squats
10 sec. rest
30 sec. dumbbell squat overhead press
10 sec. rest
30 sec. reverse lunge bicep curl
10 sec. rest
30 sec. upright row with resistance tube
10 sec. rest
30 sec. plie squat with resistance tube
10 sec. rest
30 sec. TRX alt. forward lunges
10 sec. rest
10 burpee with push-ups
repeat circuit 1 with 40 sec. work/10 sec. rest
Circuit 2:
30 sec. TRX "F" roll
10 sec. rest
30 sec. tuck ups
10 sec. rest
30 sec. side pank with weights (change sides halfway)
10 sec. rest
30 sec. forward arm raises with resistance tube
10 sec. rest
30 sec. bicep curls with heavy resistance tube
10 sec. rest
30 sec. TRX deep angle push-ups
10 sec. rest
10 burpees with push-up
repeat circuit 2 with 40 sec. work/10 sec. rest
cool down
stretch
